You might think turkey is the old standby, but here our diet for days on end consists

of tamales and lots of them, filled with anything from chicken and rice to raisins and olives.

Thinking back on 2012 it has been an incredible year with lots of great moments.

Getting engaged to Cynthia on her visit to the states for Thanksgiving.

Just to clarify this list was in no particular order and getting engaged to Cynthia was DEFINITELY number one.  Getting married will DEFINITELY be number one in 2013, but you helping me continue my journey in Honduras could be number two.  You know you want to be number two.

Just kidding…  but seriously I need your help!

I need financial support to continue working with the children of Honduras and there is a lot of helping to be done.
