When I look back and see what the agenda held for me this last week, like many weeks throughout the year, I see two things repeated over and over…
Pastors and Coffee!

As many of you know Cynthia and I started a Coffee Company last year with our pastors and their coffee!
Here is the situation…
We work with 50+ pastors from all over the western highland mountains of Honduras (which is great for growing coffee) and the majority work in the coffee industry to provide for their families and supplement the needs of their churches when they don’t have enough for projects…

We have a need to raise money every year for our family and our projects; pastors training school being our main focus…

We saw the opportunity to sell amazing quality coffee to the missionaries and mission teams that visit Honduras while helping our pastors improve their market and raise support for ministry…
and just like that: SOS Coffee was born!

Let’s fast forward a year;
-We had an amazing year in pastors training and are opening up a third level this coming march!
-We are planning to almost double in size due to demand of SOS Coffee by those who have tried it.
-We are developing teams to come and partner with us here in Honduras and an awesome team of Hondurans to continue the work of the Bible Institute and continue to empower pastors to spread the Gospel here in Honduras!
Its amazing how God brings things together better than we could piece them together on our own!

Spent time working on lots of paper work and trying to get vehicles ready for the crazy busy season which starts on monday!
