One of the most valuable tools we have here on the mission field is reliable transportation.
Cynthia and I are blessed enough to have a truck that is comfortable yet strong enough to make it up into the mountains when we need to (gas money permitting).
Our truck is used here at the Miqueas home to haul construction and maintenance supplies as well as being our sole means of transport to and from the farm.

The truck is (like any vehicle) a constant investment but is well worth it.
Without the blessing of having a vehicle we would simply not be able to live here.
It takes me to work everyday with the Miqueas family.
It allows me to pick Cynthia up every night and be safe when she comes back late from university.
It has been a play ground.
And possibly my favorite, our work truck to work up in the mountain at the Miqueas farm!

We have had a few problems with the truck lately and need to invest some money in maintenance to keep it running strong and keep us safe here as we continue to work.
Between buying the parts in the states, shipping and getting the mechanic to put them in we are needing about $600.
